Shipping:

 

 

Items shipped within the UK sill be sent within 3 working days of the order being placed via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded. Proof of posting will be obtained & can be made available on request.

 

European & Worldwide Shipping with be sent via the Royal Mail.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.  Copy of proof of posting is available on request.

 

Please note that during busy periods there may be a slight delay. In any cases of this we will inform you via email. If you have not received your item within 14 days, please email us at: info@tezladesigns.com

 

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping details whether through Paypal or on seperate email (which must be sent straight after your purchase if the adress is incorrect on the paypal invoice).  If you do not provide the correct details at the time of purchase & your item(s) has been sent you will not be refunded & re-sent your items and you will have to pay again.

 

 

 

Returns:

 

 

We currently do not accept refunds unless the item is faulity. We do however offer an exchange policy on necklaces and other accessories (pierced jewellery is not covered in this policy due to hygiene regulations). Tarnish and general wear and tear over time do not count as faulty items and will not be refunded or exchanged as this is made clear on each item.

 

To return an item simply post it back to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please include a note with your name and address or send us an email with the tracking number. Failure to do so will result in to not being able to recieve the exchange for unwanted items or refund for faulty items.

 

All returned items will be thoroughly checked and they must be unworn and in the items original condition in which they were sold with all tags still attached. Do not remove tags before trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have had the tags cut off or re-attached. Any item’s received not in their original condition will be sent back to you and no exchange will be offered.

 

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is received after the stated return time period or if the item is not in its original condition.

 

All items must be posted back via ROYAL MAIL  1ST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY. We hold no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage. We do not pay return postage as we will send the new item free of charge for exchanges.

 

Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund (for faulity items)  to your Paypal account (the way the items we're paid for) for the amount of your item order. Please note that returns can take up to 5 days to complete from receipt of goods. We will email you once we have received your item to keep you informed as to what’s happening with your refund.

 

Please note that in all cases the initial delivery charges will not be refunded unless the order was cancelled by us.
